Vince has over 25 years of progressive Human Resource responsibility in various industries including multi state/multi location operations. The Industries that he has worked in include Healthcare, State of Tennessee, manufacturing, and Insurance /Finance. This cross industry experience includes being Director of Human Resources for 600 employees in 16 states at 33 locations. With these assignments, he have gained mastery in employee engagement, communications, benefits, training & development, risk management, team work, coaching and mentoring and strategic human resource management. He has developed Employee handbooks, policy and procedures, Onboarding policies, New Hire procedures, Benefit packages , and performance management processes. He has excellent mentoring and communications skills that he has used to build trust and relationships quickly with all levels within an organization. His broad background within the human resource field demonstrates his flexibility, effectiveness and strategic focus within diverse work environments. I have the skills and ability to immediately contribute to any team situation or project. His passion is working with employees to align the company mission, vision and values with employee performance and demonstrating how goals can be accomplished with a clear vision and having the team moving in the same direction.
