Tracy Davison is a Leadership and Personal Development Speaker, Trainer, and Coach who is obsessed with helping people to be happy and successful, professionally and personally.
She works with businesses and organizations ranging from 10 to 500 to improve self-awareness, customer service, personal development, leadership skills, effective communication, and team building. Tracy shares best practices of top performing companies from all around the U.S. in order to support leadership teams in creating thriving cultures and happy teams that produce massive results!
One thing that sets Tracy apart from other coaches and trainers, is that she is intentional about connecting with her audience before working with them. She wants to understand her clients, their proudest moments, challenges, and opportunities for growth. This knowledge is then utilized to customize workshops, keynotes, and coaching programs to meet them where they are.
Before opening her business, Tracy served the public school sector in New York for 25 years, where she worked as a Spanish teacher, high school principal, and superintendent. Her proudest career accomplishment was working with her team to raise the school’s graduation rate from 56% to 89%. Her biggest disappointment is the 11% that was missed. She credits this success to the caring staff who shared a vision of a brighter future for the kids who would have otherwise become dropout statistics.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the State University of New York. She earned a Certificate of School Administration and Supervision at St. Lawrence University, and she studied “Instructional Rounds” at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. She is a certified (DISC) Human Behavior Consultant, Independent Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team, and a former school superintendent, principal and teacher.
