Amy Hansich
Amy Hanisch is a Boss Builder’s Boss Guide. Shas over 15 years of human resources and administrative services experience in the healthcare field. Previously, she spent nearly 15 years at Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital, where she has served as the Executive and HR Assistant.
Amy is very knowledgeable in benefits administration, COBRA, FMLA, employee coaching, and performance management. Ms. Hanisch has her Bachelors of Arts in Management from the University of Sioux Falls. Amy is a member of the Sioux Empire Society of Human Resource Management (SESHRM). Also, she was recently the recipient of the American Management Association Administrative Excellence Certificate and is studying to obtain her SPHR.
