3-Bullet Thursday!

How was your week?  I’m remembering why I was so glad to leave MD for TN in 2014.  Traffic has actually gotten worse since we moved!  Still, it’s nice to visit.  I stopped at the Walter Reed military hospital (that used to be Bethesda Naval Hospital) and as I sat in traffic on Wisconsin Avenue, I remembered what is was like to pick up my daughter Allison from preschool there.  She would sing to Sheryl Crowe’s Soak up the Sunas we sat in traffic.  Allison texted me today to tell me she was declaring her college major.  My how time flies!

Anyway, here are your 3 bullets:

  1. How do we move insights into action when giving feedback to direct reports?  Check out my strategic coaching partner Margi Bush’s post on this subject HERE.
  2. Why do 0% of Lean transformations fail?  My friend Paul Critchley of New England Lean Consulting tells you why in his article HERE.
  3. What does your leadership “Brand” say about you?  Check out my podcast interview with Patrick Bosworth of Leadership Choice HERE.

That’s it!
Have a great weekend!
